• Delivery estimates may vary during holidays, severe weather, or carrier delays.

30-day returns

We want you to feel completely comfortable choosing Mira Rowe. If a dress is not right for you, contact us within 30 days of delivery to request a return.

• Contact our team before sending anything back; unapproved returns cannot be accepted.
• Items must be unworn, unwashed, free from fragrance or marks, and returned with their original tags.
• Return shipping is paid by the customer unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• Original shipping charges, when applicable, are not refundable.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected.
• For returns from a promotional order, your refund is calculated after applying the current price of the dress you keep. We will confirm the amount before you return anything.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Contact us as soon as possible within the same 30-day window. Include your order number and clear photos so our team can make it right.
